Chill out is an excellent class for beginners and fun. Feels so good to relax stretch and breathe. I highly recommend Sisters Yoga and there is a class schedule on the website each week.

I'm a newby to Yoga and my first class was terrific. The instructor explained each move, how to do it properly and why it was important. I've tried a couple of other classes at other places and this was by far the best.
