Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I have never done CrossFit prior to this and they have been great with easing me in and showing me the ropes The yoga classes with Trena is an extra bonus!

Great workout! Its awesome having coaches instruct you on a workout rather then going to a regular gym where your on your own.
