Class sizes are small which makes it great because you get more one-on-one time with the coach. Coaches are awesome and they push you but they can also help modify your workout if need be. Awesome place!

FANTASTIC! I’ve done CrossFit in the past but never have I felt so consistently pushed, challenged and encouraged. I constantly think holy cow that workout sucked, I loved it! If you are looking for results try this gym.

The coaches are very energetic and encouraging. Glad I was able to experience a challenging workout! I recently broke my leg but they were understanding and they push only according to your abilities.

Friendly and helpful and great for beginners like us or elites like some of the year-long members! Totally converting to the monthly price and continuing to get fit!

This was awesome. It was a small group, which was great. Time was spent focusing on form, and was a nice surprise, because some places only focus on taking your money. I would definitely recommend this class and will definitely be a returning member!
