Only used the facility twice now and have gone on off hours. So far so good. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I really liked the fact that I felt welcomed and was given a tour of the equipment and explained what equipment would be good for what I needed. I loved it! Everyone was so nice and I received a great work-out - their equipment is good.

i would like to be able to listen to the tv's when i work out on the machines. A sauna in the womens room would be nice as well.

The ladies locker room needs a sauna! The steam room that is currently there does not work very well.
