So awesome!!! Really challenging! I'm inspired to keep reaching for poses I never thought I could do! I highly recommend! Little bit tucked away location though...

I’ve taken two classes here so far and have really enjoyed both of them. I’m pretty new to yoga but the instructors are easy to follow and come over to help you if you need it, without disrupting the class. Pretty roomy space but I’ve only taken night classes. I don’t know if it gets crowded during the day.

This was definitely not what I expected but was great. I took a class with Analissa. After that class I definitely have more respect for yoga. Looking forward to future sessions!

This was my first time doing hot yoga and I absolutely loved it. The instructor kicked our butts in the best way possible. I don't think I ever sweat that much in my entire life! Would highly recommend this studio :)
