What an amazing place! Yoga has not been a part of my life for around five years and I have never done Pilates or barre. The instructors are great and the environment is welcoming and nonjudgmental.

This was my first time taking a barre class. It was AWESOME!! I could hardly walk the next day due to being super sore but it was a good sore. The instructor was super friendly and always had alternate positions, the room was nicely lit not bright and music great and upbeat. I am going to try a pilates class next. Can't wait.

Energy is amazing. The people there are so nonjudgmental and supportive. The owner takes tie to get to now you and really cares about everyone coming to the studio. I would highly recommend Energy to anyone, and I hate working out.

Wonderful, beautiful studio. I was a bit hesitant to try a new studio, but have been very happy with the instructors, the classes and its positive atmosphere. Highly recommend.
