Absolutely recommend TITLE Boxing in Arden Hills! Fantastic staff, amazing workout, and great facility! I was so impressed by how supportive the staff was. It made me feel like I was part of a family :)

Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class, because there will be some paperwork, they will teach you to wrap your hands, and a staff member will explain what to expect from the class. All of the staff I've met are very friendly and helpful. Great place!
