Be prepared for a good tough workout. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and have great positive attitudes and always ready with words of encouragement. They have class schedules to fit anyone's schedule so they take away the excuses not to go workout. Overall this has been a very positive experience.

get ready for a physically challenging workout of your core and upper body. don't eat within an hour or two. be well hydrated. they have all levels so experience is NOT an issue

The people working here are awesome and make you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. You can feel comfortable knowing whether you have previous training or no experience at all, they will take time to know your level and get you set up to succeed. Taga the instructor was high energy and puts you through an awesome workout. Jamie did a great job explaining the memberships available and all the benefits of joining. I plan on joining today and continuing my journey to get fit.

I came with my two teenage children not knowing what to expect. The staff was friendly and helped us thru every step. I was able to go at whatever pace I could maintain without any pressure. We decided to buy the family membership because it was such at wonderful experience.
