I love Be One Yoga. Incredibly friendly, helpful and great vibes. They have an awesome intro package - $20 unlimited for a month where you can try different classes and instructors. All of which are great. I love their Hatha Yoga class! The studio is NOT carpeted (yay!) and it doesn't have that old sweat smell that some hot yoga studios have. The class goes at a great pace, and they encourage you to both go at your own pace, listening to your body and its limits, as well as pushing yourself. I love the lavender towels at the end too! I definitely recommend trying Be One for ANY kind of yoga class.

It has been many years since I have done yoga of any sort let alone hot yoga. this first class I took was absolutely amazing I didn't feel like I was behind or like this was my first class and what seems like forever. Also my favorite favorite thing was the cold lavender towels at the end it made the whole hour completely worth working so hard.
