Melanie is awesome!!!! I felt as if I would be a bit out of place seeing that I am an older woman (43) and have never done anything like this before,but she made me feel so comfortable and young again!!! I actually has a great time!!! Even though I found out truly how stiff I am 😄..SHE IS A GREAT INSTRUCTOR, and my daughter and I can't wait to get back!

I've only gone to one class so far but I definitely enjoyed. I got the ten class package and started with the pole essentials class definitely suggest that one first if you have no or very little experience with Pole lessons.

Absolutely amazing teacher and class. I'm not sexy or comfortable wiggling my stuff but she made it so fun that I came out of my shell quite a bit!

I am so happy I bought this. This place is great! Every class is judgement free and everyone has fun and helps each other. My first time was a week ago and I've already gone to 4 classes. It's addicting!!!

PoleFIT was wonderful. It was a great low impact exercise routine of stretches and leg lifts and it wasn't too complicated. The leader was helpful when help was needed. I left feeling all stretched out. I'm definitely going back.

Instructor was fun and encouraging. The dance we learned was awesome and sexy. Definitely going to make me feel comfortable and hot doing it for my man!
