Friendly staff and clean facility. I received a warm welcome during my first visit. I suggest arriving at least 20 mins early to find parking, sign waiver forms, and find a space for your yoga mat. I’ll definitely be back to practice here again.

Its a very challenging work out but their teachers are awesome and they make sure u are not only working out but working within. They are very understanding with the newbies! I would absolutely recommend it.

Parking is a bit confusing but the class with Matthias was great. Although I have nothing to compare it to as it was my first hot yoga class, the crick in my neck is gone and I’m exhausted which is a great thing.

Love the atmosphere and the instructors. The instructors are very knowledgeable. The other members are very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that there were a few ants wondering around in the yoga room.They would walk across my yoga mat/towel.
