I had a treatment with Alana for Brazilian laser hair removal and this was a waste of my time. In fact, it took me longer to put my pants back on than it did getting that Brazilian laser hIr removal. To make matters worst, when I was in the front desk trying to reschedule my next appointment, the other girl in the front desk put a yellow envelope in front of me in big red letters saying the technician's name while they were both standing in front of me where I needed to put money for tips. I was so uncomfortable and gave her a tip eventhough she did a crapy job. This was tacky, ghetto and unprofessional at the same time. I don't recommend this place to anyone else.
