The only problem we had was that the solution she used on the kitchen floor had a very strong odor that took several hours of airing out to diminish. My suggestion would be to find a different solution.

I immediately scheduled my cleaning for the first available appointment. The day prior to my scheduled cleaning I received an email that it would have to be rescheduled due to circumstances out of their control and I would be contacted to reschedule. They would be booking in to the following month. I contacted them again after not hearing anything and was told that they would actually be rebooking these appointments in March. I have yet to hear back and will be seeking a refund.

The gal that came was nice, but didn't throughly clean as I expected. Too bad becasue I was looking for a long term cleaning service and would have given the business to her.

They were supposed to clean. They didn't. No floors were washed, nothing was dusted. I think the only thing they did was vacuum, but only carpeted areas. A huge disappointment.

The woman who came to clean had offensive body odor. She did an okay job of cleaning, but the house smelled after she left.

When they say it is a two hour cleaning what they should say is they will stay there until your list is done. Don't expect them to go above and beyond that list. And make a very detailed list. Things that I thought were common sense were not done because they weren't on the list.
