From groceries to brides, nowadays, it’s possible to have just about anything delivered to your door. But yoga? That’s exactly what Joni, founder of Yoga and You Anywhere, does for her clients. She travels around the greater New Orleans area and leads individuals through completely customized classes—right in their living room. But not all of Joni’s talents are shared in private. Throughout the week, she also captains a variety of group classes, including Hatha Flow sessions geared toward both beginners and advanced practitioners.
