I started my classes this week and already completed 3 classes. The Studio is very clean and the atmosphere very inviting. The instructors are very encouraging and make you feel welcomed. What I loved about this studio besides it having a great facility is the instructors create a safe space where you feel comfortable in the class no matter at what level you operate at the moment. The energy is so contagious that even the people attending the classes are very nice as well.

I recommend it a lot not only for stretching but because it’s hot yoga you sweat a lottttt.... Bring a towel and plenty of water...
