My car came back shiny and sparkling clean.

The process of assigning additional costs for extra items is not well defined and seemed a bit scattered. The cleaning however made up for any of the minor shortcomings. Great job guys !!

They did miss under one of my stow and go seats but their friendly demeanor was a pleasure to deal with so I would still say it was worth it.

Be more organized with appointments and staying on time

It's a scam. They tried to charge more money. The work was bad. One of my mats went missing.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Told us 2 hours, took 3.5 hours. Car not even detailed properly, still dirty when we picked up the car. BROKE THE ASH TRAY LID IN THE VEHICLE AND DID NO TELL U, FOUND OUT 3 DAYS LATER WHEN WE WENT TO OPEN IT.

1) very difficult to have someone answered the phone 2) never return my phone call even I have left a voice message 3) told me to arrive at the shop at 9am but he didn't arrive until after 12:15pm (YES, MORE THAN THREE HOURS LATE and could not be reached vai the shop owner cellphone) 4) the carpet/mat was dirty (I can still see the crumbs, leaves, etc) 5) the inside windows were still VERY dirty that I have to clean that myself immediately after I have picked up the car

$285 package - Was told I needed to leave the car 5.5 hours for a 2-hour cleaning, service was terrible. Was "upsold" (for more money) into salt stain removal; this was the only thing I could actually tell was done. No tire dressing, engine shampoo was minimal, interior windows not cleaned (and some white residue was splattered on the inside of the windshield), seats/trunk were not vacuumed, was told car was hand-washed but found dirt all over.
