What do you call it when 25 pubs spontaneously appear in a city square? A very lucky day. The party runs from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. at a gallery of custom-made, Ireland-themed bars and restaurants on 11th Street between K and L. But the canvas drinking holes are hardly the most eye-catching part of the party—that honor is a toss up between Grace O'Malley's Fantastic Voyage, a DJ stage shaped like a life-size pirate ship, and the EDM ball held at 51 Fifty Celtic Chaos Irish Castle, a fortress of funk built for one night only. The Summoning is over a dozen stages of Dance, Rock, Reggae, Heavy Metal, food, drinks, and $2000 in costume contest prizes!
