I did mysore in the mornings, which allows you to go at your own pace. The instructor, Gabi, is great at guiding you if you need help.

Great laid back atmosphere. Teachers are easy to talk to & answering questions. Not pretentious & welcoming. Have yet to meet a teacher I didn’t like or ever felt I couldn’t just be me. Safe environment with very knowledgeable staff beautiful bamboo entrance & garden in back. Love it

Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is very peaceful. My instructor was knowledgeable and well practiced and assisted/reassured me with a pose that I was having trouble with. The house is beautiful and has lots of character and good light, which makes for a great studio space!

Absolutely the best studio. Very welcoming to newbies and pros alike. My experience was very good and I ddefinitely recommend this studio to everyone. :)
