This is such a unique and beautiful space compared to some of the yoga studios I’ve been to here in New Orleans. All of the instructors are sooo kind and helpful as well!

I attended Mysore freestyle in which everyone follows their own pace with instructor's guidance. I am new to yoga and it suited me very well, though as I looked around almost everyone seemed so advance in their poses. I loved the instructor Melanie She was very patient, friendly and thorough. The yoga studio is spacious with high ceilings and plenty of sunlight. The whole building has good vibes and so much care is put to the decor of the studio! For example, there is a beautiful door imported from India that is placed as a wall in the meditation room. There is a sauna too!

The instructors are very attentive to your form and help when needed. The yoga room is such a beautiful space with high windows that make you feel you are in the clouds.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff. Love the airy, comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend for beginners or pros!
