Excellent personal instruction with a total of 6 people in an intimate setting . Notoriously difficult cookies to make, so I'm so happy this class taught me the tips and techniques to feel confident making them at home. Very tasty and loved we got to make 3 flavors and take several home along with the recipe!

Such a great class! Teacher was excellent-explained things well and helped us out when needed. The bakery is small and the adjusted for COVID so felt like very personalized.
Looking forward to taking another.

Great experience! Nicolas was a wonderful teacher. The class made a labor intensive process understandable and manageable. The finished products were amazing and looked professionally done. So pleased we each got to take home over 30 macarons! Loved it all!!
