I am a PMA certified physical therapist and Polestar grad and mentor. I truly enjoyed the reformer class I took today. I recently moved to the area and picked this studio out of a whim. The instructor was very thorough, professional, paid very close attention to detail, and was also very kind. She was appropriate with her verbal and imagery cues as well. Thank you so much. I will definitely return.

I love Body & Core Pilates!!! Best Pilates, Red Cord and Core Align sessions I've ever experienced! Instructors are very knowledgeable and able to make adjustments for individual needs. The studio and equipment are very clean . The massage chair after a workout is an added bonus!

Cyndi took me through all the equipment and I got a good total body workout with a pleasant and helpful instructor. I’m glad I bought the package and look forward to my first class.

This place is great!! I had a private lesson and looking forward to more group classes. The group classes are very small and they adjust your body to make sure you are doing it correctly to get the maximum benefit.
