Great classes! Lots of equipment!

The gym is clean!! The service at the front desk is awesome! I'm not sure if I have been lucky the last several times I had gone, but it's never packed and there are always cardio machines available. I'd recommend to any of my friends or family.

The gym itself is immaculate. There is actually music playing pumping you up and people are smiling. The manager signed me up. Very warm, professional. All the classes are mills affiliated which means they are taught uniformly and with theme requirements of piyo, combat warrior, Zumba - the beach body family. Go local. Owned by a Rhode Islander.

I joined and hired a trainer. It has been an excellent experience.

good but not quite what I like in a gym

All the staff aren't welcoming when you walk in the door, but my daughter loves the child care.
