While CrossFit Navigate is a little smaller than other crossfit gyms, their workouts are NO JOKE!!! I have been to three other crossfits in the area, and this gym is by far the most challenging, dedicated and welcoming. If you want to get in shape, this is the place!

Crossfit Navigate is a very cleanand friendly gym in which every new or existing crossfitter should enjoy. I am glad that I will be there working out for the next year.

Very Happy - great Job Nat & Charlie! The two owners, Charlie & Nat are awesome! Not only do they thoroughly demonstrate each exercise so you have proper form, they are motivational and create a high energy team atmosphere where no one feels left out- great leadership!
