Owners are very thorough and efficient!!!. Plenty of equipment!;. dumb bells, kettle bells, trx suspension straps, etc... And, a lot of room to perform!!. Convenient to home, for me!, easy to locate!.

Run, don't walk to Fitness Innovation Team. It was an amazing workout. The trainer was very patient and thorough in explaining how to perform each workout and use the equipment properly.

I had a bit of trouble signing up using their website but I wouldn't let that stop anyone from attending. So far I have dealt with Hillary Levin, one of the owners. Everything seems to be top notch, professional and well run. I highly recommend at this point.
