I had a long waiting time, but my stylist did such a great job it was worth it. the customer service of the front desk was mediocre, however. But I was given a bop VIP card for future services, so this also made up for that. Overall I am very satisfied.

Thanks for the really good cut! Tracy's did a terrific job at what seems to be a simple cut but in my experience very few actually have mastered it.
