Today was my first day and it was something different!! I’ve never boxed before and boy did I sweat. I had a great time, staff was nice and encouraging, Dope energy, and great music.
I will be going back!! My gloves are nice too!

I love the boxing class. The instructor makes it seem simple even though I can’t seem to get the steps right😂😂😂. The workouts are intense. Everyone is friendly at this gym.
