One staff member speaks so quickly we doubted she was speaking English. You get your paints, and they do stop by to see if you need help. One staff member was great with helping a young boy rescue a mistake, but otherwise, you're on your own. Bring your own sketches, pictures to copy, etc. They have some samples, but there is nothing in print or photo for you to copy. I've been there twice now, and brought my laptop the second time so I could get images for my party members to copy.

Such a cute place! Took my 5 year old son to make a Father's Day gift. We had fun and the girl that was working was very sweet and attentive. I definitely will return!
