The Little Shop of Yoga is just that—a cozy, one-room studio that allows classes of smaller sizes to receive more one-on-one attention from their instructor. Classes are held six days a week, featuring a small but diverse mix of styles that includes hot yoga, meditation, Vinyasa, and family yoga. Yoga fit incorporates dumb bells, stability balls, and other exercise tools, helping students tone muscle while building flexibility.
