Great atmosphere, clear instruction, fun/challeging classes. I LOVE the hanging bags compared to standing bags at other gyms.

I took my first class today. The value is amazing for what you get. The instructor was so great at going through the basic moves before class and helping through the class.

So fun! Really makes you sweat, time goes by really quickly but you still feel like you get a quality workout. Definitely recommend!!!
