Great place!!! First time doing CrossFit, friendly staff and great people that go to the class as well. Everyone is so welcoming. My body is definitely feeling the workouts the next day.

Very nice staff. We are CrossFit beginners and I actually never work out! My fiancé is way more of a workout person than me. This place is great because you can go at your own pace. He only pushes you if you have been there for awhile and he knows you have more in you. And it’s all positive. He really works on technique first. I really enjoyed it.

Victoria and Brandon (Trainers) are awesome! They have a weekly Saturday morning workout routine for beginners. Exercises they’ve done are 800lB tire lifting and pushing, running 20lb over your head for 300 meters 5 laps, deadlifts, 20 pullups, and more. Hardcore workout sessions.. You will sweat, so bring vitamins, water and even energy bar for post-workout food. Worth the time!
