Excellent workout- Come prepared to stretch. It was an very relaxed atmosphere and I enjoyed being able to make mistakes in form with correction. Clean, quiet, and very focused. I'm hooked!

I love Elite Pilates!! I have herniated discs in my lower back and each time I exercise under Luisa Parker, my back and core muscle feel stronger and stronger. Luisa keeps the class upbeat and positive and she is a fun, educated instructor!!

I went for the free session to try. I was a bit disappointed though, that once I purchased my group on the merchant decided that my free session was also session number one of my group on. : | but I just take em like they come. It's a nice place and a great workout for a good price. Buy it.

It is a small studio but very clean. The owner is friendly and the group is small enough for her to walk around to observe everyone. I would have like a little more info on the basic movement principles before we started.
