Staff is wonderful! Kind, informative, great energy and clearly love their jobs. The tour is great - they walk you through every step, provide life vests, help you in and out of the kayaks and take care of everything! Lots of fun tips on the tour. Going into the cave was the highlight for me! Suitable for all ages, including beginners. Also, they have really cute merch!
