I haven’t done hot yoga in a while, so it was my first time back. Alex was very good. I felt comfortable being a beginner again. I had a very good experience.

It had been over two years since I had been in the hot room for a 26 & 2 class. My first class back was welcomed with a freshly disinfected room (no odors of any kind), a "juicy" hot room and an instructor who was motivated and professional. Looking forward to the next 13 days of Unlimited classes at Hot Yoga Plus San Mateo !
