A third generation Southern Californian, Brynna is deeply proud of her hometown Los Angeles. Frustrated by the stereotypes and general misconceptions of Tinsel Town, she set out to show visitors and locals alike the authentic L.A., and CityWander Walks was born. Her guided walking-tour company skirts the tourist traps, packing itineraries instead with lesser-known attractions and hidden gems that might take years of researching or following around people in party hats to discover. A knowledgeable guide leads each of the company’s tours, illuminating the city’s unique history and culture through anecdotes and trivia. The tours range from a behind-the-scenes look at Beverly Hills to a round up of the city’s ethnic cuisine. Stops along the way might include a farmers market, a sunset drum-circle, or a local haunt for a snack and a GPS charge.
