Horrible job. I have a 2006 Lexus in excellent condition that had a few scratches and the leather needed some cleaning on the drivers side just from normal use. The inside looked like it wasn't touched. They said that the leather would be spoiled if it was cleaned too much, the carpeting was as best as could be done, and I have paid for just a level one. I told them that I cleaned out the trunk for them to clean, but no one touched that either. I spent about 20 minutes at home using an Armour leather wiping cloth, some fantastic, and a carpet spray. Now the mats, carpet, leather, dashboard, and trunk look great. But that is what I paid them to do. The other detail companies that you listed told me they do everything including the inside and the trunk. Isn't that what a car detail is supposed to be? They said that it normally would cost $250 for what I had done. That would be a serious ripoff. They just did a lousy job, and told me that was the best that they could do. Would you recommend them? I would hope not.
