Yes, i would recommend for there good customer service. As far as the cleaning, it wasnt 100%, but i give it a 80% for the condition the car was in. They said not so bad after inspecting it for cat or dog hair, but it was still dirty in some areas, which might had being missed, even though the car was left for several hours. If u want i good cleaning drop off, (12noon) the latest no later. You will get a better cleaning!! Thanks guys

I bought a car from a friend and needed to get the car detailed. I bought an interior and exterior detail from Elite Motors because of their many excellent reviews. Unfortunately when I got my car back, the inside of the center console was not cleaned at all, a lot of other spaces were not even TOUCHED, and the trunk still had a small pile of DIRT in it. I had to re-vacuum MYSELF after getting my car back from them. I brought the car in at 8:30am and the car wasn't ready to be picked up until 2:30pm... I'm very curious what took 5 hours because they hardly cleaned the inside and the outside was covered in dust and shoot from whatever kicked up in the garage all day (I assume). It really didn't even look like the outside was washed. I will never go back there for any service and I definitely won't be recommending Elite Motors to anyone else for a detailing. If I wanted my car to be poorly cleaned, I would have just done it myself. $100 terribly spent, could have gone somewhere else for much less and gotten a better job done. Very disappointing.
