Be prepared to relax, just ask if there is an alternative for the neck pillow if you don't want to fidget with it during your float, I didn't mind it but would be good to have more of a foam type than "bubble wrap". Liz was extremely helpfu!

I loved the experience and would tell everyone to try it. When I did my first float, a gift from my hubby, I had a headache when I went in so I didn't get to really enjoy it. My next time was just awesome. can't wait to go again. Linda
