The square footage was measured using the entire room, however it was only the high traffic areas that needed cleaning (was not moving out a king size bed!) This was done for all the rooms therefore the "we were over the aquare footage allowed" so there would be an extra charge!! NO other company has ever done this before. We did not even allow them to clean anything, as my husband was extremely upset by this.

Not at all happy that just 20 minutes before the scheduled appt I was told there would be an additional fee for being over 20 miles away.
