Don't let Charis go ever. She is so friendly and personable and I was so happy with my cut. She was busy but took great pains to make sure my cut was perfect!

Treat every client like a very important person. Don't wear bangle braclets that are noisy and splash clients when shampooing their hair. Don't take personal phone calls when cutting clients hair (let them leave a msg and return call after client leaves). Be a good hostess; make sure the client is comfortable, enjoys their time with you, and wants to come back.
