I had my first class yesterday and was intimidated by the thought of "hot yoga". It was challenging but not extremely difficult. The instructor offered many variations of poses to fit all still levels. I can't wait to go back!!

Great massage! A little heavy on the lotion though. I felt kind of greasy when I left.
