Pleasant room and instructor. I wish they would offer more classes that are not hot. Hot yoga is not for everyone and it seems to be the trend........it's hard to find mind/body yoga in a fresh airy room. It's all heat and power. I would be a regular here if there were more offerings of classes that didn't focus on power flow and heat. Please, please, please consider that as an option.

The mommy & me yoga classes are very kid- and prenatal-friendly. The instructors are amazing at making the class engaging for both the kids and the moms.

One of the main instructors,Dana is amazing. She is calm, skilled, down to earth and inspiring. Its not only a yoga class but a lesson for the soul. The classes are challenging and relaxing at the same time leaving you to want more.
