Excellent instructors. Calm, somewhat strenuous workout. If you have never tried YOGA and are interested in learning what it is about I strongly recommend Yoga Flow.

I absolutely loved my 6 am class, I hadn't done yoga in years the space was clean, inviting and warm. The instructor gently corrected my posture and was super friendly. In terms of location you might miss it as the address is tucked on the side of a building upper level which is technically not Walnut street.

I love the hot yoga experience. The instructors are amazing! My favorites are Leigh, Jackie, & Julie. If you want an ultimate yoga experience give Yoga Flow a try. You’ll love it to.

I'm so grateful to have found this studio. The teachers and classes are all amazing and offer wonderful take always. For me, I love the creative and powerful flow classes! They offer challenges to my practice. Definitely satisfied.

Amazing yoga place. Great instructors. I love that Jesse has an assistant who helps navigate you into the pose. The place smells amazing as well
