Alina is great! Easy to be around and talk to! Very meticulous and detailed with pedicure and manicures!!! Definetly one of my best Mani pedi so far!!

Alina did a very good job with pedicure and manicure. She was very thorough and accurate. I like very much the look of my toes and fingers. Alina doesn't bug you with all kind of stupid questions that you reply out of politeness. the place looked clean and in order. I would definitely recommend Happy Bug Nails.

The woman was visibly annoyed that I was 15 mins late as she was fully booked so had to choose one service only (pedicure OR shellac manicure). I acknowledge I was late so I chose pedi only. She did do a fantastic job for sure but did not make any conversation at all and didn't seem that friendly. Afterwards, there was still 30 min left of my appt but I did not feel comfortable asking her for a regular mani only (shellac takes more time). So, although I paid for the pedi+shellac mani, I got the pedi only - my fault for being late. I didn't have to pay the taxes since I had one service only. There was no offer of even rescheduling the mani. Bottom line, great work but no customer service!
