It would be nice if the esthetician actually cared what the client wanted AT ALL. She was abrasive, inattentive, and more concerned with herself than my face. NOT my best money spent and my skin looks worse for the wear afterwards. Live and learn!

Worst facial I have ever had. She was late and smeared cold sopping wet towels across my face.

When someone has a mask on their face, do something to other parts of their body--a foot massage, arm or hand massage--but don't desert them. And this was for an extraordinarily long time. Also, the use of steam on me was questionable. I have visible capillaries on my cheeks. I'm not sure I should have steam at all. Other aestheticians have told me I shouldn't have steam.

The estitician made racist comments during my facial, as well as brought up stressful conversation about her personal life.
