I just started my classes there last week and I am enjoying every second of class. They are all so very nice and encouraging . They make sure your doing everything right to get maxium results from thier class. I leave there knowing I got a good workout. I absolutely recommend if your thinking about doing there kick boxing program to do it!!

I loved the class. Its fun the trainers are awesome and nice. Talked my mom into going. The blocking course is just a bit expensive
