This was a short but fast moving class. I appreciated the instruction of the teacher. I would suggest keeping the volume of the music down a bit because the room is not well soundproofed, and you can't always hear everything she is saying above the music. Other than that, no complaints!

I was only disappointed that the classes did not occur as frequently as I would like and I am worried that I will not be able to complete all of the classes in the given time.

Easy to follow beginner's yoga class. Music is relaxing. Room is small so it can get crowded. Instructors are very good.
