Very nice facility, prices are the same as everywhere else, but the nurse practitioner, who did my Botox and fillers (Anthony) was very good. The only thing that surprised me was at check out, there where questions of how much tip you wanted to leave (15%, 20%, 30% or other. I NEVER had that question for any medical service I have had before, and Botox and fillers are considered medical treatments.
I don’t think is is appropriate for any medical service even in a medical spa, to ask for it. It is considered an insult for any medical (or other professional) if you left a tip. You would not leave a tip for your lawyer or surgeon would you?
