It works just fine. I’m glad I went with just refurbished. If I would have paid full price I don’t think it would be worth it. It’s just a coffee pot. I give it 4 stars bc when I use the “single cup” option it fills the standard ceramic coffee mug to the brim and you end up spilling.

I switched from the Keurig coffee maker to this one. I love having the choices I have with the Ninja, one cup, travel cup, half carafe, etc, it's great. It looks complex but it's so easy to use and the coffee is great. Thanks Groupon and thanks Ninja!
