The boot camp sessions consist of small groups of three to six. During these classes, you'll alternate high-intensity bursts of activity with slower-paced recovery phases, a format designed to help you dig deep and find new energy and strength with each session.
Personal training gives you a chance to learn proper form for your workout, set goals, and learn how to pace and scale your workout routine in order to reach them. Drawing on years of experience, your trainer will get you on track to achieve some great things.
Lacrosse training is geared toward helping you improve key skills like catching, passing, and dodging, as well as increasing your speed for the explosive movements that will take your game to the next level. Sessions are taught by Kristin Godfrey, an internationally competitive lacrosse player.
