A Progressive Way to Push Your Body
This ancient form of Hawaiian surfing has gained popularity in recent years, and has also proved to provide an excellent full-body workout that strengthens core muscles and builds endurance. A paddleboard, paddle, and personal flotation device are included; all you need to bring is sunscreen, water shoes, swimwear, drinking water, sunglasses, and a towel.
